Get ready to have your experience of the Estero River elevated!

Our local and educated guides will travel with you through several different ecosystems and mention interesting details about the surroundings on the Estero River.

You can expect to see many beautiful wading birds, turtles, tarpon, snook and possibly manatees and dolphins. Your guide will help you spot and identify wildlife as you go along.

We will begin our journey in a freshwater environment, making our way through the winding river as we take in the hanging oak trees and bamboo that surround the river, eventually working our way into the saltier coastal environment surrounded by mangroves.

We will also learn about the rich history of the area dating back to the Koreshan settlers and even further back to the Calusa people who made the Estero River their home.
